About The Role

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The role involves monitoring security operations, responding to emergencies, conducting patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.

What You Will Do

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain safety and security.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest requests.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
• Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
• Assist with fire, evacuation, and emergency response procedures.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitor credentials.
• Collaborate with local authorities when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum qualification of diploma or equivalent; security-related certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or corporate security preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and surveillance systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
