  • Minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Cybersecurity, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman atau pengetahuan di bidang Security Operation Center (SOC). Memiliki pengalaman atau pengetahuan dalam bidang Helpdesk dan IT Support.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan monitoring sistem, aplikasi, infrastructure, atau security environment.
  • Mampu melakukan monitoring terhadap alert, event, dan incident.
  • Memahami konsep dasar cybersecurity, network, dan system security.
  • Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dan initial analysis terhadap issue atau alert.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.

Minimum Qualifications
