Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Pendidikan minimum S1 Pertanian diutamakan S2 Pertanian.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dibidang Produksi dan Sales Perkebunan atau Freshgraduate.
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik dan komunikatif.
- Mengelola semua penjualan benih termasuk menerima pesanan dan mengatur pengiriman.
- Menyediakan informasi kepada pembeli mengenai profil hasil dari bahan tanaman, syarat-syarat agronomi dan pengelolaan pembibitan.
- Berkunjung ke pembibitan pelanggan.
- Menanggapi dan menindaklanjuti keluhan dari pembeli dan jika memungkinkan mengunjungi lokasi bibitan serta mengamatinya secara lengkap.
- Menyusun rencana penjualan dengan Manager Sales dan mencegah timbulnya masalah dengan penyediaan kecambah.
- Menjamin berjalannya sebuah system untuk memverifikasi keaslian benih sampai kecambah diterima di bibitan pembeli.
