As our Senior Legal& Compliance Manager for Roche Indonesia, you will sit at the intersection of business enablement and ethical leadership — providing strategic legal counsel that accelerates commercial decisions while safeguarding the highest standards of compliance and integrity across the organization.

Your Opportunity

• Provide pragmatic, strategically sound legal counsel to business partners, translating complex legal issues into clear, business-enabling recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end contract review, drafting, and negotiation with speed and accuracy, while maintaining an organized, up-to-date repository of corporate documents, contract templates, and tender data.
• Ensure all commercial activities and interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations adhere to applicable regulations, industry codes, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Drive the local implementation of global compliance initiatives and privacy standards, fostering a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.
• Own and continuously improve the legal function's knowledge infrastructure — standard operating procedures, shared documentation, and workflows that ensure a single source of truth and clear audit trails.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Indonesian healthcare laws, industry codes of practice, and corporate governance, supporting the Head of Legal in aligning local strategies with regional and global legal networks.

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree and a valid PERADI advocate license; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• You bring a minimum of 6 years of legal and compliance experience, with proven exposure to a multinational company environment — experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• You have strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, healthcare regulations, and public/tender processes in the healthcare environment.
• You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• You are digitally savvy — proficient in everyday productivity tools and genuinely curious about using AI to work smarter, while applying critical thinking and professional judgment to validate and oversee AI-generated outputs.
• You are detail-oriented and self-driven, delivering accurate, well-structured work at pace with minimal supervision, and you communicate confidently with local stakeholders and global networks alike.
