Senior Staff Specialist Material and Production Logistic Planning

• Manages manufacturing and / or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and / or packaging.
• Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field, with more than 10 years of experience in planning roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on ERP/MES systems (SAP experience is highly preferred) , logistics, business process, and relevant IT tools with the ability to translate process requirements into effective system solutions.
• Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management
• Effective writing , good proficiency in communications with people and able to interact with all levels
• Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle operation and stakeholder to management discussion
• Excellent in Planning & Manufacturing, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment
