Job description
As part of a technical assistance programme to the Indonesian fund PT SMI, Ginger SOFRECO is seeking to recruit a Senior Team Leader for a mission combining capacity-building activities with project preparation studies.
The Senior Team Leader is the Consultant's main point of contact with PT SMI and AFD, responsible for the strategic coordination, technical supervision, and quality assurance of all contract activities, and for leading the multidisciplinary team of Key Experts.
The assignment is planned for a total duration of 9 months, mobilised partly or fully on-site in Indonesia.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in science/engineering/management/business/finance;
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 10 years of general professional experience;
- Minimum 5 programme leading experiences (coordinating of the overall contract and program implementations), preferably in International Financed Institution (IFI) financed projects in the last 15 years;
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the financial sector, particularly public financial/development institutions, in Indonesia or a comparable context;
- Have experience in renewable energy or sustainable infrastructure project structuring and appraisal;
- Prior professional experience in Indonesia is a strong asset.

与销售主管合作,确保了解销售策略并为细分市场有效实施该策略。
与管理团队合作制定并实施销售计划,为销售总监 (DOS) 所领导的细分市场处理收入、客户和市场问题。
协助制定和实施内部和外部促销活动。
最大限度地提高收入
提供积极进取的领导力,确保最大的收入潜力(例如,以个人预订目标树立榜样)。
为销售团队成员建议预订目标。
管理销售活动
监督直属下属的所有日常活动。
在业务评估经理缺勤的情况下,批准给予餐饮空间,以实现收入最大化(DOS、团体)。
参加与销售团队成员的销售电话沟通,以获取新业务和/或结算业务。
执行和支持预订业务的运营方面(例如,生成提案,撰写合同,客户信函)。
分析和汇报销售与财务数据
通过使用销售系统分析市场信息,并实施战略以实现酒店的客房和餐饮目标。
协助收入管理部完成准确的六个时段预测。
评估销售和餐饮客人满意度结果,以确定需要改进的方面。
确保卓越的客户服务
表现出宾客接待方面的领导力,体现卓越的客户服务,并为客户关系树立积极的榜样。
与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。
在总结会议前后与客人会面,以获得关于产品质量(如客房、会议设施和设备、餐饮)、服务水平、合同执行和总体满意度方面的反馈。
授权员工提供卓越的客户服务。
观察员工的服务行为并向个人和/或经理提供反馈。
将客人满意度作为部门会议的组成部分,并专注于持续改进。
执行和支持公司客户服务标准和酒店品牌标准。
参与和实践品牌的日常服务基本原则。
