As an Service Account Intern, you will support the Service department in various functions, including:
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain service-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in preparing reports on service performance and efficiency.
- Support data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Provide support to the Service Account team in documentation and communication.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with system/software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
