Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and commission critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment.
• Maintain and service critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment.
• Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at alllevels.
• Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Metered are understood and met.
• Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff withinMetered to enable necessary actionand recommendations to clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client andcompany expectations and in doing sohelp to promote the image of the Company.
• Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules andregulations, complying with all siteregulations, and safeguarding Company property.
• Set a good example to colleagues by completing all necessary Company documentationpunctually and in accordance with anyguidelines or schedules issued (including TimeSheets, Staff Expense Claims, site reports, etc.).
• Attend all training courses and meetings as required by Metered and oversee developmentof colleagues.
• Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues, and be preparedand willing to help and contribute tothe success of the company at all times;
• Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy andsafe working environment.

• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior managementany quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrenceof the problem

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in Engineering field from High reputable Universities
• 5 + Years experience in same field
• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
• CAD or AutoCAD skills
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
