Position Overview

Meratus Group seeks a strategic and hands-on Service Management - Eastern Indonesia to supervise and coordinate all facilities operations, maintenance activities, service contracts, and administrative support across the organization. This role ensures that workspaces, public facilities, assets, utilities, and services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The supervisor manages vendor performance, oversees maintenance and renovation works, handles waste management, and maintains accurate facility-related documentation and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Workspace Management

  • Manage daily operation and maintenance of all office spaces, public facilities, and common areas.
  • Ensure workspace, furniture, and equipment are standardized according to company guidelines.
  • Oversee room layouts, seating plans, office moves, and space optimization.
  • Monitor cleanliness, comfort, and functionality of all facilities.

Scrap & Waste Management

  • Oversee waste segregation, disposal processes, and recycling initiatives.
  • Manage scrap disposal procedures including documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance.
  • Maintain records and certifications related to waste management vendors.

Facility Support Services Management

  • Supervise cleaning and pest control contractor performance to ensure high hygiene standards.
  • Manage Front Office including guest handling and general office support.
  • Manage office services including office supplies, office events and employee access.

Vehicle Management

  • Maintain and update vehicle management database (ownership, maintenance records, insurance, tax, fuel usage).
  • Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation for operational and employee use.
  • Ensure compliance with vehicle-related regulations and company policies.

Asset & Utilities Management

  • Maintain accurate asset records and condition of assets
  • Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, gas) and provide reports for usage optimization.
  • Coordinate repairs of asset and utilities infrastructure and liaise with service providers.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in general affairs, facility management or corporate services.
  • Experience handling outsourced vendors and multi-site facility operations is an advantage.

Core Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance operations and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of waste management regulations
  • Ability to manage asset database
  • Strong understanding of utility monitoring tools

  • Clear and confident in delivering information across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and vendor management skills
  • Resourceful in resolving operational challenges under tight timelines.
