Shift Lead - Warehouse (Kudus)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards
• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement
• Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
• Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets
• Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively
• Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies
• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes
• Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good leadership skills with the ability to lead large teams independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in shifts if required
