As a Shipping Administrator at SPM Oil and Gas, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipping administration processes run smoothly, on time, and in accordance with company procedures as well as applicable regulations.
As The Shipping Administrator You Will
- Manage and prepare shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, and other export/import documents
- Ensure shipping data is accurate and aligned with systems (ERP/Xflow/etc.)
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant teams
- Handle export and import administrative processes (customs clearance, permits, etc.)
- Ensure shipments comply with Incoterms and scheduled timelines
- Maintain and organize shipping documents in a neat and structured manner
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure goods are ready prior to shipment
- Responsible for managing and verifying operational documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and delivery notes
- Responsible for receiving material from supplier
- Posting the Customer Order Shipping transactions for KIDG & KSIN sites are maintained.
- Update daily, weekly and monthly reporting of inbound and outbound shipment activity.
- Compliance with the company Policies, Procedures, Norms, Directories along with related & supporting documents
- Perform to do filing for all shipping documents in hard copy and electronic
- Diploma or Senior High School
- Familiar with warehouse & shipping management system.
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of Shipping/Logistics, export and import process.
- Familiar with Environment Health and Safety Training matrix.
