It helps large enterprises accelerate AI adoption to unlock their full potential, combining a complete AI operating system with local deployment teams that get AI into production quickly. It reached a $5B valuation in under two years, on more than $800M raised - its valuation went from $2B to $5B in the last six months alone. Indonesia is one of the markets opening now, and this role is its technical leader, on the ground in-market, reporting into the global HQ's C-level.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical side of sales with Indonesia's largest banks, telcos, and insurers: early conversations, live demos, architecture and security reviews.
• Stay hands-on: ship code and build the first customer integrations yourself.
• Hire and lead the Indonesia delivery team as the market scales, laying its technical foundation.
• Own customer integrations end to end, from scoping to production deployment, and hold the line on accuracy in live environments.
• Be the bridge between Indonesian enterprise reality (language, regulation, infrastructure) and a global product organization.
• Be the local technical face: partnerships, escalations, and the person customers call.

Required Qualifications

• Deep, on-the-ground Indonesia market experience. You have built or sold enterprise technology in Indonesia, not just about it.
• Excellent English; Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin a strong plus.
• Comfortable working closely with a global HQ team, including occasional travel to HQ.
• 8+ years hands-on software engineering. You've shipped things that ran in production, not slide decks about them.
• Proven in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations. You've been in the room when the deal turns technical.
• Customer-facing by background (Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or similar), fluent in both tech and business.
• Leadership DNA at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Zero-to-one comfortable: you build the plan, the team, and the system with nobody above you to ask.
