站点负责人兼董事长助理：

1. 与每位运营经理在每项项目上进行协作

2. 与后勤团队（包括人力资源、财务、信息技术等部门）展开合作

3. 担任与客户的主要联络人，及时回应他们的需求和投诉，组建、领导并激励团队开发培训体系及人才发展项目，以提升团队的专业能力

4. 制定绩效评估指标，并实施奖惩制度

5. 定期汇报项目进展情况，并保持客户满意度

6. 识别潜在的商业风险并制定应急计划（如数据安全、服务中断等）

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with each Operations Manager on every project

2. Collaborate with back office teams(including HR, finance, IT)

3. Act as the main liaison with clients, responding to their needs and complaints in a timely manner

4. Build, lead, and motivate the team

5. Develop training systems and talent development programs to improve the team’s professional competencies

6. Establish performance evaluation indicators and implement reward and disciplinary systems

7. Report project progress regularly and maintain customer satisfaction

8. Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans (such as data security, service disruptions, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications: 要求:

1. 了解印度尼西亚的劳动法规和市场环境

2. 具备 BPO 相关工作经验，具备电子商务行业从业经验，具备较强的沟通能力

3. 流利掌握中英文，包括口语和书面表达

4. 拥有至少 2 年的运营经理工作经验

5. 最低教育水平：学士学位（S1）

6. 诚实、坚韧、勤奋，并能承受压力工作

薪资：20-30 条/月

地点：日惹

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin & English both spoken and written (Min. HSK 5 and TOEFL 580)

• Understand labor regulations and the market environment in Indonesia

• Have relevant work experience in BPO with minimum of 2 years experience as an Operational Manager

• Have experience in e-commerce industry

• Possess strong communication skills

• Minimum education background: Bachelor’s degree (S1)

• Honest, resilient, diligent, and able to work under pressure
