PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.
We are seeking an SMD Staff to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting Surface Mount Device (SMD) production operations and ensuring manufacturing processes are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards.
The position involves monitoring SMD production processes, supporting machine operation and setup activities, coordinating with related departments to resolve production issues, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements. The role also supports process improvement initiatives, production reporting, yield enhancement, and defect reduction efforts.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT/SMD processes, PCB assembly, or production engineering is highly preferred.
This is a new headcount to strengthen SMD manufacturing operations, support increasing production requirements, and enhance overall productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
