We're Hiring: SME Lending & Financing Relationship Manager!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SME Lending & Financing Relationship Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial services and a proven track record in managing client relationships while driving lending solutions for small and medium enterprises.

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
Analyze client needs to provide tailored financing solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
Prepare detailed reports on client portfolios and performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lending or financial services
Strong understanding of SME financing products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus
