What You’ll Do

• Content Ideation and Strategy

• Research and identify trending topics, formats, and content opportunities to maximize content performance
• Working together with creative team to develop creative content align with brand guidelines and marketing plan
• Translate insights into powerful creative content by developing monthly and weekly content plan
• End-to-End Content Creation
• Plan, shoot, and edit content video independently to produce content across platform
• Connect and coordinate with influencer or partners for collaboration content
• Social Media Optimization
• Schedule and publish content in social media
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and call to action
• Optimize content using hashtag, momentum/timing, brand engagement, and platform best practices
• Social Media Performance Tracking and Iteration
• Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, shares, followers growth)
• Analyze what works and iterate quickly
• Conduct A/B testing to find the best performing content format
• Community and Trend Engagement
• Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes
• Monitor brand sentiment in social media using social media monitoring tools
• Engage with audience comments and messages when needed
• Identify opportunities to participate in viral conversations
  
  

What We Seek

• Proven experience creating high performing social media content
• Strong short video production skills
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends especially for short video platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content simultaneously
• Data driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret data
• Passionate for social media - staying on top of the latest trends
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Creative, fast-moving, and highly adaptable to trends
• Able to use video production and editing software
• Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools
• A fluent English speaker with excellent written skills
