About The Role

Reporting to the Corporate Communication Manager, this role supports the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, stakeholder relationships, and Thiess Indonesia’s corporate reputation.

You will play an important role in creating engaging communication materials, managing digital communication channels, supporting campaigns and events, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with Thiess values and business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Develop engaging communication content for internal and external audiences
• Support communication campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Manage and update communication channels including intranet, newsletters, and social media
• Translate operational and business updates into clear and effective communication materials
• Support media engagement activities and coordinate with external vendors where required
• Ensure all communication outputs align with Thiess branding and communication standards
• Assist in promoting health, safety, sustainability, and people-focused initiatives through communication activities
• Monitor communication trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate communication, internal communication, public relations, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capability
• Experience managing digital communication platforms and communication campaigns
• Good stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic working environment
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and content creation platforms is advantageous
• Experience in mining, construction, energy, or heavy industry environment will be highly regarded
