Role Purpose

Responsible for supporting governance, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and coordination activities for

B2B strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

Ensures project information, portfolio status, risks, action items, and performance data are maintained

accurately and escalated appropriately to support management decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance & Support
    • Maintain project trackers and governance repositories.
    • Monitor project status, milestones, dependencies and actions.
    • Coordinate project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
    • Ensure project documentation completeness.
  • Portfolio Monitoring
    • Update portfolio dashboards and control tower reports.
    • Consolidate project updates from stakeholders.
    • Validate project data accuracy.
  • Revenue & KPI Tracking
    • Consolidate revenue realization updates.
    • Monitor achievement against targets.
    • Highlight variances and overdue actions.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
    • Maintain Power BI / Smartsheet dashboards.
    • Prepare presentation materials for management review.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Follow up Sales, Product, ES, Finance, Sourcing, Regulatory, Legal and Technology teams.Track action item closure.
Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Power BI, or Data Analytics certification is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar to use Project Management Platform (Smartsheet / Power BI / Jira / Microsoft Project / Power Automate)

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management Office, Business Performance, Program Management, Business Analytics, or Strategic Planning support functions.
  • Experience in project governance, performance reporting, dashboard management, or portfolio monitoring.
  • Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology, or consulting industry is preferred.
