Responsibilities

  • Memproses & memverifikasi invoice, faktur pajak, dan dokumen hutang agar tercatat akurat dan dibayar tepat waktu
  • Melakukan pencatatan jurnal hutang ke sistem akuntansi
  • Membantu proses closing bulanan & tahunan serta menyusun laporan hutang dan aging schedule
  • Mengelola scan, filing, dan arsip dokumen
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur pembayaran hutang perusahaan

Requirements

  • Memahami Microsoft Excel, terutama rumus dasar dan pengolahan data
  • Memahami pengoperasian software ERP Akuntansi
  • Memahami jurnal dasar akuntansi dan prinsip dasar akuntansi
  • Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan target
