Responsible for managing the overall store performance, including sales achievement, team management, customer experience, and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve store sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage daily store operations in accordance with company SOP.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, product security, and proper stock handling.
  • Maintain brand, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office on business and operational matters.
