  • Managed staff scheduling, role allocation, and responsibilities.
  • Ensured timely and effective execution of company targets and operational KPIs.

Requirements

  • No specific educational background required; candidates with strong sales experience (preferably in beauty retail) and excellent communication skills are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, with proven people management capabilities.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
  • Based in Medan and willing to be assigned within the Medan area.
