We've been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we're just getting started!

About The Job

The Strategy & Projects team at Ajaib plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's most important strategic priorities. We are looking for highly driven, analytical, and proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate the execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company's long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
