Job Descriptions
Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
