Responsibilities

  • Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
  • Ensure effective and prompt respond to customer inquiries
  • Ensure effective customer complaints handling process
  • Provide valid and accurate students operational data
  • Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Provide excellent services for students or other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service, student services, administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
