  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the Spinning Company
  • Required Skill(s): Pre-Spinning Process (Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, Simplex), Spinning Process (Ring Frame), Post-Spinning Process (Winding, TFO, Cheese & Open-End) is a must

Job Requirements

Job Purpose

To carry out supervision that operators work as per procedure, and to achieve target production by maintaining quality in all shift.

Job Description

  • Production: To change the lot/ count change with in standard time. To change the materials as per production program. To support the department, manage to achieved productivity & VAP in the department.
  • Product Quality: To achieve product quality as per ABY norms. To segregate inferior quality material. To maintain colour coding as per product.
  • Manpower: To maintain the discipline. To monitors the working performance of each person.
  • Product Processing: To ensure that different product mix are processed as per colour code system laid down.
  • Reporting the problem: To report any machine problem to the technical Manager.
  • Workers Development: To ensure that workers trained.
