Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports and analysis.
  • Supervise and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Support HR Generalist functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven track record of hiring and closing candidates successfully through probation.
  • Fast thinker, strong executor, and comfortable in a high-speed environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets).
  • Understands HR fundamentals: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and basic GA.
  • High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you drive.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and calm under pressure.
