  • Mengawasi operasional outlet dan report ke Area Manager.
  • Menangani keluhan dan problem solving.
  • Memastikan kebersihan, kerapian, dan kualitas tetap terjaga.
  • Membuat laporan harian (shift, stok, penjualan).
  • Memastikan keberjalanan SOP sudah dijalankan oleh seluruh staff dengan baik.
  • Training barista baru serta memberikan evaluasi performa.
  • Melakukan kontrol stok (bahan baku, peralatan, perlengkapan outlet).
  • Mengatur shifting.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim dalam mencapai target yang diharapkan/ditentukan.
