Supervisor Technician & Maintenance

• Mengawasi aktivitas teknisi dalam perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan operasional pig farm.
• Menyusun dan mengontrol jadwal preventive serta corrective maintenance.
• Melakukan troubleshooting pada sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, pompa, blower, dan utilitas kandang.
• Memastikan seluruh mesin dan peralatan beroperasi secara optimal untuk mendukung operasional farm.
• Mengontrol penggunaan dan ketersediaan spare part serta peralatan kerja.
• Memastikan pekerjaan teknisi sesuai SOP, standar K3, dan biosecurity.
• Membuat laporan maintenance, downtime, dan tindak lanjut perbaikan.

• Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik atau jurusan terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang maintenance.
• Memahami sistem mekanikal dan elektrikal.
• Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting dan leadership.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
• Bersedia bekerja di lokasi pig farm.
