System Analyst

• Perancangan Teknis: Bertanggung jawab dalam merancang spesifikasi teknis produk yang memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional maupun non-fungsional (seperti aspek keamanan dan performa).
• Jaminan Kualitas: Bertanggung jawab atas pengujian integrasi produk (End-to-End) untuk memastikan produk telah memenuhi persyaratan dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan.
• Dokumentasi Produk: Bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan dokumentasi produk, technical document (ERD, Sequence diagram, API Documentation, Kamus Data) dan Testing Scenario
• Integrasi AI: Mengimplementasikan alat berbasis AI ke dalam siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak (SDLC).
• Kolaborasi Lintas Fungsi: Berkolaborasi dengan anggota tim lainnya (seperti QC, BA, UI/UX) untuk memastikan pelaksanaan proyek tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

• Minimum Qualifications: Min. 4 tahun Pengalaman sebagai Developer (backend/frontend/full-stack) atau System Analyst di lingkungan pengembangan software atau operasional IT
• Min 2-3 tahun pengalaman dalam menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis klien atau internal ke dalam spesifikasi teknis
• Diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengalaman menggunakan framework Angular dan bahasa pemrograman .NET C# atau Java.
• Pemahaman mendalam tentang SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan metodologi (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Penggunaan tools analisis seperti Jira, Confluence, atau diagram UML
• Keahlian Pemrograman Web: Menguasai JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Cross-browser compatibility, dan Desain Antarmuka Pengguna (UI).
• Database & Arsitektur: Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat terkait SQL, PL/SQL, dan Object-Oriented Design (OOD), serta Web Services.
• Pengelolaan Pengembangan: Memahami penggunaan source control berbasis GIT serta alat pelacakan masalah (issue tracking/ticketing tools).
• Metodologi Kerja: Terbiasa bekerja dengan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile/Scrum.
• Kemampuan Interpersonal: Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik dan kemampuan berpikir analitis yang tajam.
