Role OverviewThe System Operation role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of company's systems and infrastructure through daily operational monitoring and on-site support. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, responding to incidents, and supporting application and infrastructure operations in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining servers (Linux/Windows), web servers (NGINX/Apache), PHP‑FPM/NodeJS.
• Database administration (Percona XtraDB/Galera, PostgreSQL, MongoDB): backup/restore, tuning, replication/clustering.
• Patching, hardening, resource monitoring, and L2/L3 incident handling.
• Routine job automation (Ansible/Shell) and runbook documentation.
• Collaboration with Release Engineers on application deployment, rollback, and availability.
  
  

Requirement

• Hands-on experience with system and database backup/restore, performance troubleshooting, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker); basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience using cloud service providers such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and understand application workflows and system architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership.
• Scripting skills (Bash and/or Python) with an observability-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
