Propósito general del cargo: gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento (end-to-end) en Argentina, para las diferentes áreas.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Capaz de identificar y definir problemas, colaborar cuando sea necesario y brindar asesoramiento empático y orientado a soluciones, basado en las mejores prácticas que se adapten a las situaciones del cliente.
  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento en Latinoamérica, para las diferentes áreas de la organización a través del Sistema ATS.
  • Revisar y presentar información sobre el proceso de reclutamiento por país, identificar los problemas más importantes y proponer soluciones a las áreas de Recursos Humanos y Operaciones.
  • Desarrollar nuestra estrategia regional en Latinoamérica, enfocándonos en nuestras directrices de cultura de Diversidad e Inclusión.
  • Desarrollar una visión comercial para comprender el impacto del puesto en el negocio. Debe ser flexible, manejar la ambigüedad, gestionar prioridades cambiantes y estar abierto a cambios personales y empresariales.
  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento en Latinoamérica, para las diferentes áreas de la organización a través del Sistema ATS.
  • Revisar y presentar información sobre el proceso de reclutamiento por país, identificar los problemas más importantes y proponer soluciones a las áreas de Recursos Humanos y Operaciones.
  • Nivel de dominio completo con pleno conocimiento de los principios y prácticas de una disciplina. El trabajo está sujeto a prácticas y procedimientos y puede requerir revisiones periódicas con otros equipos o grupos de trabajo. Debido a las prioridades cambiantes o a las diferentes situaciones que se presenten, el/la candidato/a se basa en su experiencia y criterio para planificar y alcanzar los objetivos.
