Job Description
As a TA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the hiring process.
- Analysing hiring metrics and providing insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Managing external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates.
- In-charge of employer branding initiatives.
A Successful TA Manager Should Have
- A strong background in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition.
- Experience in consumer industry or experience in large, complex business is a huge plus.
- Experience within the consumer goods industry or exposure to a large, complex organization would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise hiring processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
