Tax Executive

Job Summary The purpose of this position is to assist and support tax consultant and finance team and make sure all employees respect the fiscal code and regulations when performing their activities Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily checking and assurance of proper withhoolding tax is deducted as per prescribed rate.
• Preparation of withholding tax form in accordance of the prescribed rules and deposit the same in to Govt.
• Treasury and its reconciliation.
• GL entry for payment voucher and preparation of Cheque.
• Prepare and update data for electronic taxation form and submit.
• Compliance with regard to withholding tax, tax and advance tax and its timely payment.
• Prepare Quarterly Advance payment working and submit to authorities before deadline.
• Make photocopies of forms where IFFCO’s tax have deducted.
• Filing of all type of monthly, quarterly and annual statements required to file under Income Tax regulations complete in all respect.
• Prepare monthly Withholding Tax statement and submitted according to prescribed rules.
• Coordinate with audit firms/partners for monthly statement’s filing.
• Prepare Yearly Withholding Tax statement with help of monthly statement filed.
• Compliance of monitoring of withholding tax and tax audit.
• Helps in preparing all data and reconciliation required for monitoring of withholding tax and tax audit of IFFCO.
• Helps in preparing company’s annual tax return and determination of tax liability.
• Compliance of various quarries raised by different tax authorities. Prepare replies to various quarries raised by different tax authorities.
• For Compliance in accordance with sales tax law / federal excise law and submission of returns on timely manner:
• Filing of mandatory taxation related forms and items.
• Prepare Yearly Tax Return for electronic submission.
• Fulfillment, co-ordination and follow up with respect to the tax audit.
• Prepare sales tax, income tax and other refund claims.
• Maintain all export documents and prepare details for rebate formalities.
• Prepare tax related forms for all vendors.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for above applicable points.
• Provide all details and marketing material for proceeding the case in IFFCO and group's concern.
• Prepare and coordinate for professional tax payment of IFFCO. P
• Coordinate with legal and authorities for license of various products of IFFCO.
• Prepare and submission to lawyers for any food department case. Litigation cases and follow-up.
• Follow of various Litigation case.
• Prepare case update every month for submission to corporate office.

• Liaise with tax consultant to ensure that all requirement of assessment and appeal etc are provided in time.

Work experience requirement

• 8+ years in finance and tax experinece in relevant industry.
• 2+ years experience in accounting firm

Qualification

• Bachelors/Post graduate degree in finance, accouting and tax.
• Financial qualification.
