The IT Tech Partner is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations at the site while serving as the key IT business partner for local stakeholders. This role oversees IT operational performance, drives infrastructure reliability, manages IT compliance initiatives, supports cybersecurity requirements, and leads or contributes to technology projects that improve business productivity.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge, project execution capabilities, analytical thinking, and a growth mindset to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including AI and automation adoption.

The IT Tech Partner is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations at the site while serving as the key IT business partner for local stakeholders. This role oversees IT operational performance, drives infrastructure reliability, manages IT compliance initiatives, supports cybersecurity requirements, and leads or contributes to technology projects that improve business productivity.

What will you do?
IT Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and end-user support services at the site.
- Monitor and maintain IT operational KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved and continuously improved.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities to minimize business disruptions.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues through effective troubleshooting and collaboration with internal and external support teams.
- Maintain IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, deployment, and retirement.
- Support and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, endpoint devices, and connectivity services.
- Perform basic network administration and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with regional or global infrastructure teams to implement network and infrastructure improvements.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies is highly desirable.
- Ensure site infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive local execution of cybersecurity initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and improve site-level cybersecurity KPIs, including vulnerability remediation and security awareness activities.
- Ensure operating systems and applications are patched according to company standards.
- Support IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support local, regional, or global IT projects.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure successful deployment of new technologies and IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology adoption and process optimization.
- Explore and promote the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support implementation of workflow automation and self-service solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification using emerging technologies.
- Act as a technology advocate and encourage innovation within the organization.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Build strong working relationships with users, vendors, and global IT teams.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduate from Reputable University, Or Experienced IT Person.
- Experience managing IT operational KPIs and service performance metrics.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.
- Experience participating in or leading IT implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations and IT Service Management practices.
- Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure concepts (switching, routing, wireless, VPN, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with Cisco networking solutions is an advantage.
- Understanding of Windows environment, endpoint management, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and patch management.
- Experience with IT monitoring and reporting tools.
- Exposure to AI solutions, automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or scripting technologies is highly desirable.
- Cisco certification (CCNA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, AI tools, RPA, or automation technologies is a plus.
- Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or enterprise environments is advantageous.
