Melaksanakan dan memimpin kegiatan harian di peternakan *Parent Stock* sesuai dengan SOP dan instruksi kerja. Memantau kondisi kawanan ternak dan parameter operasional, termasuk pemberian pakan, pengambilan telur, tingkat kematian, serta kebersihan. Mendukung supervisor dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar biosekuriti, kesejahteraan hewan, dan keselamatan kerja. Memberikan arahan serta pendampingan langsung di tempat kerja kepada operator dan staf junior. Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan adanya ketidaknormalan terkait kesehatan ternak, peralatan, atau kegiatan operasional. Memastikan pencatatan data produksi dan operasional harian dilakukan secara akurat. Mendukung penerapan langkah-langkah perbaikan dan praktik terbaik di tingkat peternakan.
