Technical Trainer Bali (Contract)

We are looking for a capable and hands-on Technical Training Officer to join our team on a 1-year contract, based in Bali. This role is suited to someone with a strong technical background in drywall and ceiling systems, good presentation skills, and the ability to support both training and project-related activities.

As a Technical Training Officer, you will play an important role in delivering product and system knowledge to internal teams, customers, and applicators, while also supporting project supervision and technical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for internal and external participants at the training center and onsite projects

• Deliver system and solution presentations to customers and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to products and applications

• Carry out project supervision, including site visits, onsite training, and reporting

• Support customer events such as applicator gatherings and customer gatherings

• Take charge of Knauf Experience Center daily operations

• Investigate customer complaints and provide technical support

• Create ceiling and drywall system mock-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical training or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building material development or material building

• Good understanding of construction processes in projects

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues

• Experience in installing drywall and gypsum ceiling systems

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
