Job Description
- Support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head to facilitate effective and optimal execution within the Division.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation.
- Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans for successful business transformation process.
- Coordinate and manage transformation process, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and create project plans.
- Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders within Compliance Function.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Provide periodic report related to updates on AFC uplift.
