Your Impact as Transport Operation Executive

As a key member of the Transportation Operations team, you will:

Manage Transportation Operations

• • Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
  • Monitor transportation activities and support operational performance across assigned sites
  • Ensure compliance with transportation procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements

Support Fleet Management Activities

• • Oversee transportation resources and fleet utilization to maximize operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with transport providers and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transport plans
  • Monitor vehicle performance, availability, and operational readiness

Drive Service Excellence

• • Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and agreed service levels
  • Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues to minimize operational disruption
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation performance and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with Internal & External Stakeholders

• • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Transport Providers, and Customers to ensure seamless execution
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders across multiple operational locations
  • Effectively communicate transportation updates, operational challenges, and solutions

Analyze Performance & Reporting

• • Prepare transportation reports and operational analyses using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Track key transportation metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support management reviews through accurate reporting and performance insights

Support Multi-Site Operations

• • Travel frequently to operational sites, particularly within Cikarang and other designated locations, to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Provide on-site support and coordination for transportation activities and business requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented transportation professional with strong operational knowledge and communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Transportation Management, Fleet Management, or related Logistics functions
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar Transportation Operations role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating with various stakeholders across operational and business functions
Willingness to travel frequently and work mobile, particularly within the Cikarang area and other operational locations as required
