GENERAL MISSIONS

TRANSFERTS & G.M RELATION

  • Organize pre-booked transport of customers: transfer / train / plane in accordance with the specificities of their bookings, having previously checked their identity.
  • Manage customer requests for reservation changes and any new reservation requests.
  • Contribute to the implementation of information relating to the departure of customers (billboard, television, individual letters of information to be deposited in rooms by the accommodation department)
  • Assist GMs on arrival and departure in a professional manner to ensure effective delivery with a view to achieve a positive customer experience.
  • Be present at airports & stations to ensure a quality reception
  • Maintain a relationship of trust with external service providers associated with his activity
  • Acquire a complete knowledge of Club Med standards, products and services in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide suggestions to your manager to improve your daily operations.
  • Be involved in the realization of additional sales revenue, in particular transfer sales.
  • Know and apply the company's internal payment and invoicing policy.
  • Work with all village departments to meet a customer or internal need.
  • Contribute to the management of daily customer requests and complaints and redirect to Member Relations (countries) if necessary.
  • Assist the front desk team in daily operations by following internal procedures.

HYGIENE & SAFETY

  • Know the contracts and commitments of service providers (taxis, buses, baggage handlers) to ensure effective organization in accordance with Club Med standards.
  • Know and apply Health & Safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures and inform customers accordingly.
  • Comply with the legal framework
  • Limit electricity and water consumption

Waste Management

  • Comply with the resort’s waste management and sorting rules, in accordance with local regulations and environmental standards, by ensuring that recyclable and hazardous waste is properly sorted and handled
  • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and accessibility of waste disposal areas
