(URGENT) Supply Chain Service Specialist

Your Day to Day

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory activities by providing accurate, up-to-date, and timely reports through tracking files and dashboards.
• Reconcile inventory data between AYO Kasir and SAP, including investigating and following up on discrepancies.
• Perform manual inventory movements in the system, including:
• Stock adjustments
• Creation of return stock transport orders (STOs) for returning stock to the warehouse and performing goods issue transactions
• Perform goods receipt transactions.
  

Issue Management

• Act promptly on issues identified within processes by providing workarounds and troubleshooting solutions to ensure timely resolution.
  
  

Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and develop handbook documentation and process guides.
  
  

System Improvement & UAT

• Participate as a key user in the enhancement or replacement of existing systems and processes.
• Act as a project team member and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations.
  
  

Governance & Controls

• Ensure all KPIs and control measures are accurate and up to date, including backend and source data maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on results and escalate deviations with corresponding action plans.
• Design and improve systems and tools to ensure visibility, transparency, and effective performance monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain reports, including Supply Chain KPI reports.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial functions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Agile, persistent, and committed to delivering results.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile and fast learner with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience managing communications with internal and external stakeholders; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Power BI experience is an advantage.
