About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how users experience our products ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with our customer needs.

As part of our global product team, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create meaningful and scalable design solutions based on user needs and business goals. You will play an essential part in the end-to-end product development process from problem discovery, user research, and ideation, to wireframing, prototyping, final UI design, and implementation support.

You’ll also contribute to improving and evolving our design system, supporting design consistency across products, and helping shape how design connects with product and business strategy.

Location – Onsite | Bandung, Indonesia (at least 2 days per week in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and analyze User Experience problems across products to improve usability based on user needs and insights.
• Conduct small to medium-scale research and help define problem spaces together with PMs and stakeholders.
• Design thoughtful user flows and patterns that are reusable and scalable across modules and features.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI design and assist engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Build, maintain, and evolve UI components, contributing actively to the design system.
• Maintain interface consistency across multiple products while balancing the unique context of each.
• Map user journeys to business goals and leverage UX metrics and product data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers through workshops, critiques, and design reviews.
• Actively contribute to improving cross-functional collaboration processes and team workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers where needed, while handling multiple projects with growing ownership.
  
  

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on end-to-end UX design projects for web or mobile apps, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving, design thinking, and measurable product outcomes.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or web-based business tools is a strong plus.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and familiar with validation tools like Maze, Lookback, or similar.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered tools and workflows as part of the design process, including research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and productivity enhancement, with the ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in Design Discovery and Design Validation processes, including user research, usability testing, synthesis of insights, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles, information architecture, interaction design, grid systems, and scalable UI component structures.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with strong attention to usability and visual detail.
• Experience with data-informed design approaches, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or similar, to guide design decisions.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of business models, SaaS concepts, product strategy, customer journeys, and key business metrics, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and work effectively with product managers, developers, and designers in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision, while exhibiting strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints, component-based development, and design-to-development collaboration is a plus.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
