Venture Portfolio Manager
Terratai
ABOUT TERRATAI
Terratai is a mission-driven company working to transform how nature is financed. We provide early-stage capital and tailored venture-building support to businesses that protect, restore and sustainably manage some of Asia’s most at-risk ecosystems.
Terratai is currently scaling its work across Southeast Asia through HIVE - Holistic Investments in Vital Ecosystems - our blended finance strategy designed to build a pipeline of investable nature-positive businesses and unlock larger flows of capital into nature, climate and community outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Venture Portfolio Manager will play a central role in helping Terratai identify, evaluate, support and track high-quality venture opportunities aligned with Terratai’s mission and venture-building strategy. The role holder will help build and manage relationships with pipeline partners, assess potential ventures, support venture-building activities, coordinate relationships with founders, and ensure that key venture, pipeline and portfolio information is well organised, up to date and useful for decision-making.
The role sits at the intersection of pipeline development, venture assessment, founder support and portfolio management. It requires someone who is comfortable moving between research, analysis, documentation, relationship management and hands-on support to early-stage ventures.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, excellent writing and administration skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, impact investing, nature-positive business models and the regenerative economy.
