Job Role

Senior leadership role responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and Contract Logistics division. The position leads strategy development, team leadership, and high-value client acquisition across multimodal logistics solutions (land, sea, air). The role also focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships and ensuring strong alignment between sales strategy and operational execution in key Indonesia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop W&D sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Design and execute multimodal logistics sales strategy (3PL, contract logistics, integrated supply chain)
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in Cibitung & Surabaya regions
• Lead high-level negotiations with corporate and C-level clients
• Drive acquisition of long-term, high-value logistics contracts
• Oversee sales performance, pipeline, and strategic account development
• Align sales strategy with operational capabilities and company direction
• Act as key driver for regional business expansion and market penetration
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 10+ years experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry
• Strong background in W&D / 3PL / Contract Logistics sales leadership
• Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
• Deep knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, and multimodal transport (land, sea, air)
• Strong capability in strategic planning and market analysis
• Experience handling high-value corporate and C-level negotiations
• Fluent English for business communication
• Strong leadership, communication, and deal-closing ability
