StaffAny started humbly from SouthEast Asia and is growing fast. We are looking to bet on our next rockstar who can learn and grow together with us. You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the growth of the company and be involved in the entire sales process, from early prospecting and engaging up to closing. If you are a go-getter who naturally puts yourself in the shoes of customers and is fascinated with challenges and growth, we would love to hear from you!


You Are

  • Someone who values growth and is eager to develop your career in outbound sales.
  • The go-to person in your group who facilitates conversations and keeps the energy high with jokes.
  • A strong communicator with energetic phone skills, excellent listening, and clear writing abilities.
  • Competitive by nature while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Disciplined in outbound prospecting, consistently meeting activity goals and staying accountable for your work.
  • Excited to push beyond limits and achieve (or exceed) monthly targets.
  • (Bonus) 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success.
  • (Extra Bonus) Experience in HR/Productivity solutions for the F&B, Retail, or blue-collar industry.

  • Explore and cultivate more sales prospects by utilizing a combination of strategies, from referrals and networking to persuasive cold calls and engaging in face-to-face meetings.
  • Embrace your role as a sales hunter, pursuing potential opportunities that focuses on outbound clients
  • Diligently follow up on leads and skillfully close deals, ensuring our clients to receive the best possible service
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, laying the foundation for future sales.
  • Curate an exceptional collection of resources to prepare and ensure our clients is ready to go live on StaffAny distribution channels
  • Collaborate with the Product Success team to guide clients through a seamless onboarding process
  • Constantly sharing insights and value feedback about future product enhancements and strategic marketing initiatives for our new and existing clients.
  • Achieving targets together as a team!
