Job Descriptions:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in managing working capital requirements for the business.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and collaborate with the sales or operations teams to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Job Qualifications:
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
