Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive Intern at Team 37. The Account Executive Intern will be responsible as in the Responsibilities section. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in creative agency services.
  • Strong understanding of Creative Agency industry 
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to accommodate client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients interested in website development and design services.
  • Acquire new clients while promoting our brand to target customers
  • Build and optimize sales pipeline to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales pitches and prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status.
