We’re looking for an Account Executive Intern who will support our team in managing and growing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and assisting in meeting sales targets. The Account Executive Intern will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help deliver tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads.
- Join relevant LinkedIn groups and participate in discussions to build connections and generate leads.
- Create and maintain a spreadsheet of qualified leads with contact information and relevant details.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Compile reports on findings to share with the sales team.
- Assist in developing outreach strategies for engaging potential leads.
- Draft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages for initial outreach.
- Curate and share relevant content on LinkedIn to engage with potential leads.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the account team as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations).
- Gather feedback from the account team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
- Adjust lead generation tactics based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on new tools and resources that can enhance lead-generation efforts.
- Final-year students with no offline classes, recently graduated, or candidates below 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Should possess strong research, communication, and networking skills.
- Proficient in basic management tools.
- Manage time effectively, adapt to feedback, collaborate well with the team, and analyze data.
- Understand basic sales processes, and be digitally literate.
- Fluent in English, written and oral capabilities
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for six months
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
