Job Description

As an Account Manager at BOOM Esports, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurtuing existing esports team sponsorships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Overseeing and managing existing BOOM Esports team sponsorhips,
  • Ensuring that all deliverables from BOOM Esports teams to brand/sponsors are fulfilled on time and to the highest standards,
  • Generating comprehensive report on deliverables on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis,

SALES AND MARKETING

  • Developing compelling sales deck to pitch potential sponsors and partners,
  • Creating and maintaining a robust sales database to track leads and opportunities,
  • Actively contributin to the sales team's effort by identifying and approaching new leads.

INTERNAL COLLABORATION

  • Fostering strong communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship initiative,

Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of experience in account management,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
  • A strong passion for esports and gaming,
  • A proactive and initiative-driven approach to work.
