As an Account Manager, you will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring influencer (KOL) campaigns run smoothly, on time, and meet expectations. You will manage client relationships, design influencer collaboration strategies, and oversee campaign execution from start to finish.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring influencer (KOL) campaigns run smoothly, on time, and meet expectations. You will manage client relationships, design influencer collaboration strategies, and oversee campaign execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Prepare and present KOL/influencer campaign proposals based on client needs.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and translate them into relevant influencer strategies.
- Identify, recommend, and reach out to KOLs/influencers that align with the brand.
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage campaign budgets and negotiate rates with KOLs/influencers.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and compile reporting and insights.
- Handle client and influencer feedback in a responsive and solution-oriented manner.
- Support upselling or client retention for future campaigns.
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, KOL/influencer marketing, digital agencies, or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and the influencer industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadline pressure.
- Able to multitask and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
