JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for managing all activities of Account Team
- Good communication & presentation skill, AM is expected to be able to create deck for clients
- Able to work in both team projects and stand-alone projects
- Ensure the brief from clients are being delivered properly to internal team
- Required Skill(s): Selling, advertising, media monitoring, digital, Media Placement, strategic marketing planing, ads planning, budgeting, presentation
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
- Preferably experienced in making proposal and strategic thinking (Social media & IT)
- Lead the coordination activities with clients, especially regarding daily operation and deliverables of ongoing work and campaign
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign, to ensure high quality results are being delivered according to timeline
- Managing every account, ranging from work and campaign budget, down to all documents related to accounts (quotation, proof of work delivery, invoice, etc)
- Submit daily progress reports on every ongoing work or campaign, and the progress of client pipeline. The data should be gathered by collecting it from internal teams, and reviewed collectively
- Actively giving insights and inputs to internal teams, especially regarding market and competitor trends
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Working in an Digital Advertising Agency (ATL, BTL, Digital Industry, KOL Management, Event)
- Handling Local or Multinational clients of various industries for Advertising projects
- Have a spirit of sales (target oriented)
- Well-spoken, able to articulate and cascade ideas, insights and delegation of tasks to subordinates
- Initiative & creative
- Have a wide and good networking (agencies and direct clients)
- Have ability in Ms Office (Excel & Power Point is a MUST)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
- Experience minimum 3 years as an Account Executive or Client Service in creative or digital agency
- Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build relationship and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding both conventional and digital aspects of consumer behaviors and industry trends
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google applications such as presentation, slide, etc.
