As an Account Manager, you're at the heart of our client relationships, making a real difference in every interaction you have. You're more than just a coordinator; this role is about building genuine connections and understanding our clients' unique needs. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Responsible for managing all activities of Account Team
  2. Good communication & presentation skill, AM is expected to be able to create deck for clients
  3. Able to work in both team projects and stand-alone projects
  4. Ensure the brief from clients are being delivered properly to internal team
  5. Required Skill(s): Selling, advertising, media monitoring, digital, Media Placement, strategic marketing planing, ads planning, budgeting, presentation
  6. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  7. Preferably experienced in making proposal and strategic thinking (Social media & IT)
  8. Lead the coordination activities with clients, especially regarding daily operation and deliverables of ongoing work and campaign
  9. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign, to ensure high quality results are being delivered according to timeline
  10. Managing every account, ranging from work and campaign budget, down to all documents related to accounts (quotation, proof of work delivery, invoice, etc)
  11. Submit daily progress reports on every ongoing work or campaign, and the progress of client pipeline. The data should be gathered by collecting it from internal teams, and reviewed collectively
  12. Actively giving insights and inputs to internal teams, especially regarding market and competitor trends

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Working in an Digital Advertising Agency (ATL, BTL, Digital Industry, KOL Management, Event)
  3. Handling Local or Multinational clients of various industries for Advertising projects
  4. Have a spirit of sales (target oriented)
  5. Well-spoken, able to articulate and cascade ideas, insights and delegation of tasks to subordinates
  6. Initiative & creative
  7. Have a wide and good networking (agencies and direct clients)
  8. Have ability in Ms Office (Excel & Power Point is a MUST)
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
  10. Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
  11. Experience minimum 3 years as an Account Executive or Client Service in creative or digital agency
  12. Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  13. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  14. Excellent active listening skills
  15. Ability to build relationship and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  16. Understanding both conventional and digital aspects of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  17. Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google applications such as presentation, slide, etc.
